We're tDoBe. We check if a company's "Other Expenses" — a messy cost line most businesses never really examine — is normal or too high, by comparing it to similar companies. No one else does this properly, so this cost usually just gets ignored without a way to check it.
They find out exactly how their costs compare to similar companies, category by category. If costs are higher, we show where and by how much. If costs are lower, we tell them if that's genuine efficiency or under-spending — like too little on marketing. Either way, real numbers to act on, not a guess.
We line up every peer company's cost as a % of revenue and take the middle number — not a plain average that one extreme company could skew. That middle number is the tDoBe Average.
